NSF-funded investigation of visual perception and cognition using high field (4T/7T) fMRI and psychophysical methods. Issues to be examined include attention, bistable perceptions, figure/ground segregation, face/object recognition, etc. Applicants should have or expect to receive a doctoral degree in cognitive psychology or related area and experience in experimental design, computer programming and statistical methods; experience with fMRI is preferred but not required.
