Sets parameters to adjust tpwr
along a y projection (off=1), including array of tpwr. Setup parameters manually for FASTMAP shim (tau, nt and parameters for 3 or 6 projection shim) including transfer of parameters to voxel flash sequence experiment to verify location and image-based definition of ROI. Manual execution of individual steps needed for full shimming process (recommended for first shim) Adjusts all linear shims with 3 projections measured, calculates X, Y, Z shims and updates DAC's Measures along magnet main axes, calculates X,Y,Z,X2Y2 and Z2 shims and updates DAC's Measures along all six oblique axes, calculates X,Y,Z,XZ,YZ,Z2,XY and X2Y2 shims and updates DAC's Return to main menu |
