This is the CMRRpack djswift SWIFT package distribution from the University of 
Minnesota's Center for Magnetic Resonance Research (CMRR).

More information can be found at:  http://www.cmrr.umn.edu/swift/

It no longer includes the rcswift sequence and reconstruction.
Any references to rcswift or python in this package are stale
and should not be used!

The package is distributed as a self-extracting archive.

-- UNPACK --

These packages are designed as an overlay to your vnmrsys user directory.
To unpack them, ** after backing-up your vnmrsys directory **, for example:

tesch@hermite:~$ ./INSTALL_CMRRpack_v0.4d_master.run
...

-- UPGRADE --

Installing to a directory that already contains a version of CMRRpack
will update that directory to the new/current version.  A strong effort
will be made to backup any files that are different from the CMRRpack
files, but you may want to make a backup of your own befor installing anyhow.

-- INSTALL --

best to install in default ~/vnmrsys directory
when asked for copy documentation, please type n

After the unpacking, change directories and run only the following make targets:

    cd vnmrsys
    make clean
    make djswift

There will likely be some compiler warnings, etc. Don't worry.
A successful make is shown in the file SWIFT.MAKE.SUCCESS
