A successful make is shown in the file make_sequences_vnmrj4_example.txt -- RECONSTRUCTION -- the grid3p4 reconstruction program needs to be on a computer with at least the following: 4 cores 8 GB memory 64 bit linux operating system (RHE 6.x preferred) more cores and memory are needed for high resolution reconstructions.
