The registration fee for one workshop is $150.00. Registration fee for both workshops is $200.00. The registration fee includes workshop materials. Registration for one workshop will include all breaks and one lunch, registration for both workshops will include three lunches and all breaks. The fee for the Training course is $600.00. Registration fee for one workshop and the Training course is $700.00. Registration fee for both workshops and the Training course will be $750.00. The Training course fee includes all processing and paradigm software that will be used in the course. The registration fee should be mailed with the completed registration form. Enrollment will be limited, therefore early registration is advised.

The University of Minnesota, Department of Radiology, reserves the right to cancel the conference if necessary. Refunds (less a $50.00 administrative fee) will be made upon written request before 9/15/97. No refunds will be granted thereafter.
