NEW FEATURES IN STIMULATE V5.0

  • There are now Stimulate Executables for the following 3 Operating Sytems:
    1. SunOS,
    2. Solaris,
    3. SGI IRIX.
  • A Command line mode has been added to facilitate batch processing.
  • A variable width LPF (Low Pass Filter) option having Gaussian, Sinusoidal or Hamming filter shapes has been added to load fid and sdt.
  • A WhiteScale (i.e. photo-negative of GrayScale) has been added to the LUT (Look Up Table) menu.
  • A Voxel Location field has been added to display the mouse position in voxel units of the image volume data.
  • A Hot Mouse Function has been added for dynamic display of time course plots.
  • The movie maximum delay has been increased from 100 milliseconds to 750 milliseconds to allow for slower movie cine loops.
  • A Retain option has been added to specify whether all of the image volumes in a mask algorithm are to be saved or just the last one.
  • An Fetch Anat feature has been added to Talairach to allow extraction of the three cardinal views from the currently loaded Anat image volume rather than loading individually.
  • An Inferior Cerebellum (IC) landmark has been added to allow inclusion of the full cerebellum into an extended talairach volume.
  • Anat image volumes and maps can now be normalized to Talairach coordinates and normalized dimensions.
  • A RHS Fiducial option has been added to mark the Right Hand Side (RHS) in BOB, VoxelView and tiff mosaic images.
  • Tiff mosaic images can now be saved with an Inverted LUT and in either Portrait or Landscape orientation.
  • A tiff Preview feature has been added.
