Building Access
Anyone needing Ucard access to the CMRR building will need to register as a CMRR user and complete the required safety training.
Once you have completed the training requirements for your type of access, please email a copy of your Personal Training Record and/or Training Hub Transcript or other documentation citing completion of the training (e.g., copy of CPR card) along with a completed CMRR Employee/Researcher Screening Form to the CMRR access coordinator by emailing lem00006@umn.edu or placing them in the mailbox in 1-119A.

The following additional training is NOT required for building access, but may be required to conduct research with human subjects at the University of Minnesota. PIs are responsible for confirming it has been completed prior to adding new personnel to IRB protocols.

Personal Training Record
To access your personal training record in MyU:
- Go to MyU
- Choose Key Links
- Choose Reporting Center
- in the "Find a report" search box enter "training history" then click on the link that appears
- Choose "training history by employee ID" or "training history by internet ID" and enter your information
- Select "Completed" in the "Select Attendance Status(es)" dropdown
- Select "Download PDF" once the report appears
Training Hub Transcript
- Go to Training Hub
- Click on "My Training"
- Click on "Print Completed Training Only"
